Rachel has practiced yoga for over 25 years and has experienced first-hand the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of physical yoga practice (asana) and meditation. Unfortunately, many people are turned off from yoga due to their preconceived notions:

"It's for flexible people."

"It's for skinny women."

"It's too woo-woo for me."

She created Point Bliss Yoga to disprove these myths and bring yoga to every BODY. We offer classes daily via Zoom, host a video library for members, offer a growing library of free meditations, and post blogs about yoga, mental health, and a variety of other topics. Rachel also offers private lessons via Zoom. Our classes are perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
