We have seen firsthand the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of a regular yoga practice. However, we also know that beginning any new endeavor brings can elicit fear and anxiety.
That’s why we started Point Bliss Yoga Studio in the Beverly neighborhood of Toledo, Ohio. We wanted to create an inclusive environment where everyone--no matter your current fitness level--would feel welcome and safe enough to start a yoga practice. All of our instructors are devoted to creating classes with modifications so that you will have lots of options for easing into a practice or taking it to the next level.
